For returning participants: Step 11 invites your joy to become grounded, present, and guided. For Type 7s, conscious contact deepens as you move from chasing possibilities to fully inhabiting the moment — trusting that God is here, now.
Gentle reminder: You do not have to escape discomfort to be okay. What you are seeking is already here — in this moment, with God.
1) The 3-Part Daily Rhythm (AM • Midday • PM)
Aim: Build presence instead of escape.
- Morning (5–7 min): Sit quietly. Pray: “God, show me Your will; give me power to carry it out.” Ask: “What is here for me today?” Choose a Guiding Word (e.g., “present,” “stay,” “receive”).
- Midday (60 sec pause): When you feel restless: inhale “I am here” • exhale “I stay.” Ask: “What is this moment offering me?”
- Evening (5 min): Reflect on where you stayed present vs. escaped. Give thanks for moments of depth and connection.
- Celebration cue: Every moment of staying present deepens your joy.
2) Two-Way Prayer — Type 7 Prompts
Aim: Experience God in the present moment.
- “What is here for me right now?”
- “What am I avoiding?”
- “How can I stay present with You?”
Write: 2–3 minutes to God → 2–3 minutes receiving.
Celebration cue: Each time you stay and listen, your joy becomes deeper and more real.
3) Somatic Presence (Body-Based Meditation for 7s)
Aim: Anchor your energy into the present moment.
- Anchor: Feel your body and surroundings.
- Breath: Slow inhale / longer exhale.
- Repeat: “This moment is enough.”
- Micro-cue: Pause before moving to the next thing — stay one breath longer.
Celebration cue: Presence turns surface joy into deep fulfillment.
4) Discernment Grid — Mine, Theirs, God’s
Aim: Discern between escape and guidance.

6) Weekly Listening (15 minutes)
- Where did I escape?
- Where did I stay present?
- What is God inviting me into?
Celebration cue: This reflection deepens your ability to stay and receive life fully.
7) When Restlessness Begins
- “I can stay for one more breath.”
- “There is nothing missing right now.”
Celebration cue: Every moment you stay builds depth, peace, and lasting joy.
8) Step 11 Prayer — Type 7
“Higher Power, help me stay present with You. When I want to escape or move on, gently bring me back to what is real. Let me trust that this moment is enough, and that You are here with me. Guide me into depth, connection, and true joy. Amen.”
Celebration cue: As you stay present, your joy becomes deeper, fuller, and lasting.
