For returning participants: Step 10 is where your awareness becomes trust. For Type 6s, this means noticing fear-based thinking early, releasing doubt and over-analysis, and returning to steady alignment with your Higher Power.
Gentle reminder: You do not have to figure everything out to be safe. Step 10 helps you live from trust instead of fear — one moment at a time.
1) Spot-Check in the Moment
Aim: Notice fear and return to trust and present stability.
- Watch: Notice when worry, doubt, second-guessing, or scanning for danger arises.
- Ask: “HP, please remove what blocks trust, clarity, and grounded action right now.”
- Admit & Repair: If fear caused reactivity, hesitation, or misinterpretation, own it and realign.
- Help: Take one grounded step forward — even without certainty.
- Celebration cue: Acting with trust, even in uncertainty, is real courage.
2) Signal • Stop • Swap Tool
Aim: Recognize fear patterns and shift into trust-based action.

- Did selfishness, dishonesty, resentment, or fear show up?
- Did fear lead my thinking or actions? Did I apply a swap?
- Who might I owe an apology or living amends tomorrow?
- Where did I act with courage, trust, or grounded presence?
Celebration cue: Each honest reflection builds confidence in your ability to live in trust.
4) Step 10 Prayer — Type 6
“Higher Power, when fear, doubt, or confusion arise, please guide me back to trust. Help me see clearly, act steadily, and rely on You instead of my worries. Strengthen my faith, calm my mind, and help me move forward with courage today. Amen.”
