For returning participants: Step 11 invites your drive to become directed, grounded, and aligned. For Type 3s, conscious contact deepens as you release performance and begin living from truth, presence, and connection with your Higher Power.
Gentle reminder: You do not have to achieve your way into worth. You are already enough. In stillness, you reconnect with who you truly are.
1) The 3-Part Daily Rhythm (AM • Midday • PM)
Aim: Build a rhythm of presence instead of performance.
- Morning (5–7 min): Sit quietly. Pray: “God, show me Your will; give me power to carry it out.” Ask: “Who am I without doing?” Choose a Guiding Word (e.g., “present,” “real,” “honest”).
- Midday (60 sec pause): When you feel urgency or pressure: inhale “I slow down” • exhale “I return.” Ask: “What is true right now?”
- Evening (5 min): Reflect on where you were authentic vs. performing. Give thanks for moments of real connection.
- Celebration cue: Each pause shifts you from striving into alignment.
2) Two-Way Prayer — Type 3 Prompts
Aim: Move from doing to being in your relationship with God.
- “Who am I when I am not performing?”
- “What is real for me right now?”
- “Where are You guiding me beneath the surface?”
Write: 2–3 minutes to God → 2–3 minutes receiving.
Celebration cue: Each moment of honesty strengthens your true identity.
3) Somatic Grounding (Body-Based Meditation for 3s)
Aim: Return from activity into presence.
- Pause: Feel your feet on the ground.
- Breath: Slow inhale / longer exhale.
- Repeat: “I am here… I am enough.”
- Micro-cue: Slow your pace by 10% and notice what is real.
Celebration cue: Grounding transforms your energy into presence and connection.
4) Discernment Grid — Mine, Theirs, God’s
Aim: Align action with truth instead of image.

- Where was I authentic?
- What is God inviting me into next?
Celebration cue: This time brings your life back into alignment with truth.
7) When Performance Starts
- “Let me slow down and be real.”
- “I choose connection over image.”
Celebration cue: Each moment of honesty deepens your relationships and your peace.
8) Step 11 Prayer — Type 3
“Higher Power, help me release the need to perform. Guide me into truth, presence, and authenticity. Let my life reflect who I truly am, not what I think I need to be. Lead me gently and clearly today. Amen.”
Celebration cue: As you release performance, your true self shines naturally.
