What Is the 12-Step Path?
The 12 Steps are the heart of recovery at Surrender School. Rooted in the original AA program and adapted for those struggling with food and disordered eating, the steps offer a clear framework for honesty, healing, and lasting freedom. You don’t have to have it all figured out to begin — you just have to be willing. Just show up and be present.
At Surrender School, you can work the steps in a live group, through self-paced recordings, or alongside a sponsor — whatever fits where you are right now.
