2) Daily Practice of Principles
Aim: Stay grounded in reality instead of emotional comparison.

3) Service as Shared Humanity
Aim: Let service connect you instead of isolate you.
- Be with others instead of comparing yourself.

4) Discernment: Longing vs. Presence
Aim: Recognize when you are leaving the present moment.
